Kevin starts windsurfing in California when he is 9 years old and at the age of 15 he wins Junior National Champion. At the age of 18 he starts his life as a professional sailor and in 1995 he goes on World Cup tour.
From that year his career was been a fantastic escalade to the top of the world ranking ( all his results on the right).
In 2000, when Kevin wins the Overall, he becomes the 3rd World Champion of windsurfing history after a long period dominated before by Robby Naish then by Bjorn Dunkerbeck.
Kevin lives in Maui, Hawaii, where he works hard training himself and testing his equipment to improve his results but he also travels a lot all around the world for competitions and promotion of his sponsors.
He is regularly on the covers of the most important windsurfing magazines and there are hundreds of pages of publicity and articles about him. Sports magazines but sometimes other publications like Cosmopolitan , People Magazine and so on…
At the end of 2001 and in the early 2002 Kevin is also featured on Fox Television for 12 weeks with approximately 8 millions people for episode.
After years of successes , in 2007 Kevin has a nomination to the prestigious Laureus Sport Awards as "Best Action Sportsman of the Year"
Always on top of World rankings, his plans for the future are to travel the world and win the World Title again
